Our in-house designed, and built, fiberglass flight cases have been in production for almost 7 years now, and have become the standard case for all of our Custom instruments including the "John Pizzarelli model". The "Classic" and "Working Man's Hero" models do not include a flight case as part of their selling price. These flight cases are built with double reinforced fiberglass shells, #70 density interior foam, and 6 ATA approved Twist-Loc latches for added security. all exterior metal fittings are finished using a powder-coat process for resistance to wear and the elements.
Both pieces of edging material, for case and lid, are extruded from exterior transportation grade rubber for long wear life, and feature a radiused tongue and groove mating surface for superior sealing qualities. Each case interior is custom fitted to the individual guitar, and is then covered in a lush, heavy weave, crushed velvet.
Unfortunately, we are unable to build more cases than we need for our own instrument orders at this time, and cannot sell cases as a stand-alone product. If this changes in the future, we'll let you know here.
